A police officer, Dayyabu Muhammad, has reached out to the Jigawa State Governor, Umar Namadi, and his wife, seeking help after his 25-year-old wife, Firdausi Muhammad, gave birth to triplets.

The couple welcomed the new additions to their family just a year after Firdausi delivered a set of twins.

Firdausi underwent a Cesarean section on Saturday at Dutse General Hospital, delivering the triplets—a boy and two girls—at around 12:30 PM. Both the mother and babies are reported to be in good health and are currently being cared for by the hospital’s medical team.

This joyful event has brought great happiness to the family but also created financial challenges. Muhammad, a junior officer with the Jigawa State Police Command, is now the father of five young children. His wife, Firdausi, has appealed for assistance from the governor, his wife, and other kind-hearted individuals.

“I am appealing to the Jigawa State Governor, his wife, and other individuals to help us properly take care of them,” Firdausi said.

Muhammad expressed his gratitude for the blessings, stating, “We are thankful to God for this gift, but we also ask for prayers and support as we navigate this new responsibility.”
