Renowned gospel minister, Pastor Nathaniel Bassey, has received an exclusive invitation to minister at the prestigious Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast for United States President-elect Donald Trump.

Gospel singer, Nathaniel Bassey is one of a number of Christian leaders that have been invited for the prayer breakfast to herald the inagurtion of President Donald Trump for his second term.

The highly anticipated event will be held on January 20, 2025, in Washington, D.C.

The gathering, hosted by Reverend Merrie Turner, is a non-political and non-governmental event that convenes faith leaders and dignitaries from across the globe to offer intercessory prayers and worship on behalf of the president and the nation’s government.

Pastor Bassey, celebrated globally for his inspirational worship music and known for initiating the powerful #HallelujahChallenge, shared the exciting news with his followers. He wrote, “Let’s raise a sound in America, and let the King of Glory come in. See you, January 20, 2025.”

Reflecting on the significance of the occasion, he explained, “The Presidential Prayer Breakfast is a faith-based platform where prayers are offered to God for the president and the government. It takes place every four years ahead of the official inauguration. Leaders and dignitaries worldwide have graced this event, making it a solemn moment of spiritual reflection for the incoming administration.”

This invitation adds to Pastor Bassey’s growing international recognition. In 2024, he was honored with a proclamation of “Pastor Nathaniel Bassey Day” in Albany, New York, for his impactful ministry.
