The forms will be available at the Zonal Secretariat, Presidential Estate, Port Harcourt, from Monday, February 3, 2025.

To ensure transparency, the committee assigned the sale and collection of the forms to the offices of the Zonal Organizing Secretary, Financial Secretary, and Treasurer.

In accordance with the PDP Constitution, the committee also set up a Zoning Committee tasked with distributing the zonal executive positions among the six states in the South-South. The committee has been given a seven-day deadline, starting February 3, 2025, to complete its assignment.

The Zoning Committee is chaired by Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, with Senator Sandy Onor, former Cross River governor Liyel Imoke, and several other notable party members, including PDP state chairmen and representatives from the Board of Trustees (BOT) and National Assembly, serving as members. The Zonal Legal Adviser, Barr. George Turnah (MON), will serve as the Secretary.
