Popular Nigerian Singer Spyro Rebuffs Sex Tape Blackmail

Nigerian singer Oludipe David, popularly known as Spyro, has revealed that an individual attempted to blackmail him by threatening to leak his alleged sex tape.
Taking to his Instagram story on Tuesday, Spyro disclosed that the blackmail attempt came after he confronted the person over a wrongdoing. He expressed disappointment, stating that the individual hides behind religion while engaging in deceitful acts.
The Who’s Your Guy crooner did not reveal the identity of the alleged blackmailer but criticized religious figures who use faith as a cover for unethical behavior.
“Don’t be deceived, the biggest scams and liars are the ones at the top of religious ladders. They perpetrate evil, quote holy books to justify their wrongs, and then resort to emotional manipulation and threats,” Spyro wrote.
Spyro further alleged that the individual not only cited scriptures to defend their actions but also threatened to release a sex tape and claimed that a woman was pregnant for him.
