The mother of Tuface had in a video called on Hon Natasha Osawaru to release her son from her spell which she said was symbolised by the beads on his neck and hand.

The assertion has flamed news media in Nigeria with strong reactions to the call by Mr Idibia on Hon. Natasha to release her son.

Tuface’s mother’s comments have led many to question whether she believes Natasha has put some form of spiritual influence on her son. Twitter user @Enwagboso asked, “Is she accusing Hon. Natasha of using a kind of ‘juju’ on his son, Tuface? Every party involved here is an adult enough to make his/her own decisions.”

Others found it surprising that a grown man like Tuface’s age would still have his mother intervening in his personal life. @enilowo wrote, “I am ashamed of the mama sef. A 49-year-old man! Mama abeg go manage your husband, let your son live his life in peace.”

Some users mocked the situation entirely. @bigprofcnd15205 joked, “Tubaba is gone mama 🤣🤣.” Another user, @ab2truth, added, “Whoever is holding her baby boy should free him oo!! She wants to breastfeed him.”

There were also those who felt that Tuface’s mother was contradicting herself, considering past events. @AdemidunAkintu1 tweeted, “I tot the Mama wanted Annie out so bad, why is she also not okay with the new babe? Ehhhh somebody help me ehhhhh🤣🤣.”

Meanwhile, others defended Tuface’s mother, suggesting she was only trying to protect her son. @Jonehmk stated, “Tuface’s mama is voicing out to save her son because she realized the seductive and deceptive capability of women over men.”

As the debate continues on several news and social media platforms around Nigeria, many are left wondering how Tuface himself feels about the situation and whether he will address the drama publicly.
