The clarification also addressed false reports suggesting that Senator Nwoko had made remarks about legendary singer Tuface Idibia and polygamy, labeling such claims as “completely untrue.”

The senator’s media team noted that as a public figure married to a popular actress, it is not unusual for bloggers to spread fabricated stories for engagement. However, they emphasized that Nwoko remains focused on his political duties and has no time for distractions.

Furthermore, the statement cautioned media practitioners against propagating fake news and urged the public to rely on verified information from credible sources.
