Amber Rose Reveals Why Kanye Dresses His Girlfriends In Revealing Outfits

Amber Rose, Kanye West’s ex-girlfriend, has revealed the real reason behind Kanye’s decision to dress his girlfriends in provocative outfits.
In an interview on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast, Amber shared details about her past relationship with the rapper. The former couple was together from 2008 until they parted ways in 2010.
Amber was asked her opinion on the way Kanye’s current wife, Bianca Censori, dresses. She explained, “Kanye is for sure dressing her like that. Yeah, he did the same thing to me and Kim. It’s just who he is.” She continued, saying Kanye enjoys dressing his partners in revealing outfits because he wants other men to desire them. “He wants all his friends to want to f*** his girlfriend. He wants everybody that when you walk in a room, his girlfriend or wife is the most desirable.”
Shannon asked Amber if she dressed this way because Kanye wanted her to, and Amber admitted she complied because she was young. “I was young and I’m gonna tell Kanye now, when I’m that young, it’s like, okay, you’re buying me this stuff, I do look pretty and cool,” she said. However, Amber explained that when Kanye wasn’t around, she would rebel by wearing his clothes instead. “I raided his closet when he wasn’t home,” Amber recalled. “I hated to dress like a w****.”
Amber also reflected on a time when she was forced to wear a revealing outfit and ended up crying. She shared, “I was in Italy or Paris or something and I remember crying and arguing with him, ‘I don’t f*** want to wear this s, I don’t wanna wear it.’” She said Kanye dismissed her concerns, calling it fashion, and she reluctantly wore the outfit. “I went in wearing it, they ate me up on the internet,” Amber added.
Amber further discussed how Kanye’s push for her to dress “sexy” impacted her sense of self. She admitted, “I am conservative actually. I have always been conservative since I was young,” but Kanye encouraged her to embrace a more sexualized image. Despite her discomfort, she went along with it because she was new to the public eye and Kanye was a well-known figure in fashion.
The model also spoke about how the pressure to maintain a “sexy” image lingered after their breakup. She said that even after their separation, people expected her to continue dressing provocatively. “I would have producers saying, ‘We want you at the pool, with a bikini on, martini in your hand.’” Amber revealed that she was often uncomfortable with these expectations, but felt like people only saw her as a “sexy” figure.
In a previous interview, Amber also discussed how Kanye’s actions and words hurt her, including when he called her a “prostitute” and claimed he needed “30 showers” after being with her. Amber expressed how she was affected by Kanye’s bullying, calling it a form of narcissistic behavior. “You share two years with someone, you take them around the world, buy them jewelry, shout-out to the world how much you love them…and then they say you need 30 showers?” Amber remarked.
Throughout their relationship, Amber revealed that Kanye often bullied her, making derogatory comments that still hurt her. Despite this, she emphasized that she does not want to profit from their past. “I’m not vindictive. I’ve been offered book deals to talk about him and just wild s**t. I don’t want money from stuff like that,” she said. Amber concluded by saying that despite the ongoing harassment, she just wants Kanye to leave her alone.
