‘Distinguished Educator, Servant Of Christ,’ Gov Mutfwang Eulogises Gloria Idowu

Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has commiserated with the immediate past presiding elder of the Hospital Chapel, National Hospital Abuja, Mr Godwin Idowu on the death of his wife, Gloria.
In a message to the family, Governor Mutfwang noted her dedicated life to spreading the gospel, mentoring the younger generation and her tireless service to the ministries of the Lord Jesus Christ.
GWG.ng reports that Mrs Idowu passed on to glory on January 19, 2025 days before her 60th birthday.
In a message to the family at the funeral on Saturday, graced by several workers in God’s kingdom, Governor Mutfwang represented by his brother, Daniel, said:
With a heavy heart and profound sorrow, I extend my deepest condolences to you on the passing of your beloved wife, Mrs. Gloria Oluwadodupe Idowu, who transitioned to glory after a brief illness at the age of 60.
Mrs. Idowu was a woman of unwavering faith, a devoted servant of Christ, and a beacon of light in her community. She dedicated her life to spreading the gospel, mentoring the younger generation, and serving tirelessly in the ministries of our Lord Jesus Christ. Her deep commitment to nurturing the spiritual and moral growth of many will forever remain an inspiring legacy.
Beyond her impactful ministry, Mrs. Idowu was a distinguished educator whose contributions to the teaching profession left an indelible mark. Her compassion, kindness, and generosity enriched countless lives, and her dedication to shaping young minds has fortified the spiritual and intellectual foundation of many.
Her passing leaves a great void, not only within her family but also in the larger body of Christ. While we grieve this profound loss, we take solace in the knowledge that she has fought the good fight, finished her race, and now rests in eternal glory.
