Okunbor Passes Over Shell’s Key To Renaissance’s Fatona

Managing director and chairman of Shell Companies in Nigeria, Osagie Okunbor has formally handed over the symbolic key of the company to Renaissance African Energy Company following the acquisition of 100% stake of Shell companies in Nigeria by Renaissance.

Mr Okunbor formally handed over the key of the company to Dr Layi Fatona, chairman Renaissance Africa Energy Company, the new owners of SPDC, at a ceremony held in Port Harcourt on Monday.

GWG.ng reports that this follows the signing of the sale and purchase agreement between the two companies that came after the regulatory authorities gave the go ahead for Renaissance African Energy Company to acquire 100% stake of Shell Nigeria.
