DNA Saga: Nigerian Lawyer Tells Cubana Chief Priest’s Alleged Baby Mama What To Do
By Gideon Ayeni

Nigerian lawyer, Stan Alieke has weighed in on the ongoing paternity dispute involving socialite Cubana Chief Priest and his alleged baby mama, Hellen Ati.
The lawyer intervened after Hellen Ati took to Instagram on Mother’s Day to publicly appeal to Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma and his wife, Chioma Uzodimma, urging them to intervene and compel Cubana Chief Priest to take a DNA test to determine the paternity of the child in question.
Hellen Ati had lamented the struggles of raising her son alone in Kenya without financial support from the alleged father, the Cubana Chief Priest.
Reacting to the controversy, Alieke advised Hellen to abandon social media appeals and seek legal action if she is confident in her claims. He explained that if a court determines Cubana Chief Priest is the child’s father, he will be legally obligated to provide financial support for both mother and child. However, if the DNA test proves otherwise, Cubana Chief Priest could take legal action against Hellen for defamation.

The paternity saga has continued to spark debate online, with many calling for a resolution through legal means rather than social media confrontations.
