Top Female Cop Cautions Women As Natasha Adopts 2Baba’s Name
By Gideon Ayeni

The spokesperson for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command, SP Josephine Adeh, has urged women to uphold their dignity in relationships, warning against the risks of being easily replaced by men.
Adeh shared her thoughts on X, seemingly in reaction to reports that Hon. Natasha Osawaru had changed her surname to “Idibia,” sparking speculations about her relationship with music icon 2Baba Idibia.
In her post, the police PRO cautioned women against prioritizing titles over self-respect, emphasizing that men who quickly replace their partners are likely to do so again. She noted that such behavior reflects a man’s character and serves as an example to his children and the world.
“A man who easily replaces a woman will do it again. How he treats women is a reflection of his character. His children are watching (if any), and so is the world,” she wrote.
Adeh further advised women to safeguard their hearts, finances, and futures, stressing that temporary passion should not be mistaken for lasting love.
“If he left her for you, don’t celebrate just yet—your turn may come. Protect your heart, your finances, and your future. Love is sweet, but wisdom is necessary,” she added, signing off with a Mother’s Day message.
Her remarks have sparked mixed reactions online, with some supporting her perspective while others questioned the timing of her post.
