Natasha Names Yahaya Bello, Akpabio, Ododo Over Plot To Disrupt Homecoming Rally
By Gideon Ayeni

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has publicly held Kogi State Governor Usman Ododo, former Governor Yahaya Bello, and Senate President Godswill Akpabio responsible for any potential violence at her planned homecoming to Kogi Central.
In a Facebook post on Tuesday, the senator reaffirmed her commitment to a peaceful gathering while warning that any disruption or violence should be blamed on the trio.
“My dear people of Kogi Central, I look forward to our PEACEFUL Sallah celebrations today. However, should we be met with or infiltrated by violence, Nigerians should hold Gov Ã’dodo, Yahaya Bello & SP Godswill Akpabio wholly responsible,” she wrote.

Her post comes amid growing tension surrounding her visit, which the Kogi State Government and police authorities have attempted to halt. The state recently imposed a ban on political gatherings, citing security concerns, and the police urged Akpoti-Uduaghan to cancel her rally in Okene to prevent possible unrest.
Despite the warnings, the senator has remained defiant, insisting that her visit is strictly for the Eid-el-Fitr celebrations with her constituents and not a political event. Her latest statement signals concern over possible disruptions and points fingers at top political figures in the state and at the national level.
With the controversy surrounding her visit, all eyes will be on Kogi Central as the Sallah festivities unfold.
