Illegal Aliens In U.S Face Tough Decision As Trump Offers Poisoned Chalice (Video)
By Gideon Ayeni

In a significant policy announcement, President Donald Trump has unveiled a new executive order aimed at addressing illegal immigration through a self-deportation program.
In a video shared on X, Trump detailed the initiative, which offers free flights and an exit bonus to illegal aliens willing to leave the country voluntarily, while imposing severe consequences for those who choose to stay.
Seated at a desk in what appears to be the Oval Office, surrounded by American flags and military insignia, Trump outlined the program’s key components. “Today, I signed an executive order to launch the first-ever self-deportation program for illegal aliens,” he began, his tone firm and deliberate.
He explained that illegal aliens can simply show up at an airport and receive a free flight out of the country, emphasizing the ease of the process. “We’re also adding a very important exit bonus for illegals to further incentivize their self-deportation,” he added, suggesting that this bonus will save American taxpayers billions of dollars.
Trump introduced a new phone app called CBP Home, which allows illegal aliens to book a free flight to any foreign country, as long as it’s not the United States. “That’s CBP Home, where illegals can book a free flight to any foreign country,” he stated, underscoring the program’s accessibility. He argued that the initiative will eventually save trillions of dollars by reducing the costs associated with illegal immigration.

However, the consequences for those who choose to remain in the U.S. are stark. “Illegal aliens who stay in America face punishments, including significant jail time and incarceration, and sudden deportation in a place and manner solely of our discretion,” Trump warned.
He detailed enormous financial penalties, confiscation of all property, garnishment of wages, and imprisonment as potential outcomes for non-compliance. “We want you out of America, but if you’re really good, we’re gonna try and help you get back in,” he added, hinting at a possible future pathway for some, though the focus remains on enforcement.
Trump’s announcement also included a critique of the previous administration, stating, “What Biden did to this country can never be explained, will never ever be accepted.” This jab at his predecessor frames the new policy as a corrective measure, positioning it as a response to perceived failures in immigration control.
The video, shared on May 10, 2025, has already sparked a range of reactions online, with some praising the initiative as a bold step toward border security, while others raise concerns about its humanitarian implications. As the details of the program unfold, it remains to be seen how it will be implemented and what impact it will have on both illegal immigrants and American taxpayers.
