Juventus Denies Interest In Victor Osimhen
By Benjamin Abioye

Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli has dismissed the rumors linking the club with Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.
The player, who is on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, has a €75 million release clause. This has made him a subject of interest for clubs wanting to improve their attacking line-up.
Osimhen has often been associated with a possible move to Juventus, partly because Giuntoli was involved in bringing him to Napoli from French club Lille. However, Giuntoli made it clear that Juventus is not targeting the forward. In an interview, he stated, “I’m not interested in Osimhen. The rumours that you read in the Italian media are only meant to put pressure on us. Juventus does not want the player.”
In a separate development, Borussia Dortmund winger Karim Adeyemi explained why he chose to play for Germany instead of Nigeria. The 23-year-old, born in Munich to a Nigerian father and Romanian mother, had the option to play for any of the three countries.
When asked about his decision, Adeyemi said, “It’s a difficult question. I have to answer this to my father a lot of times.” He shared that his positive experience with the German Football Association helped shape his final choice.
“I had a good feeling there. And, at the end, I had to play for Germany. This is how easy it is,” he added. Since joining the German national team, Adeyemi has played in six matches and scored one goal.
