Justin Bieber has finally spoken out on the serious accusations involving Sean “Diddy” Combs. This came shortly after Diddy’s sex trafficking trial began earlier this week.

Bieber, who is now 31 years old, had previously worked with Diddy on his latest album. According to TMZ, Justin was “thrown” by Diddy’s arrest last September.

Even though they had worked together, insiders told TMZ that Diddy never abused Justin in any way. A video of Justin and Diddy spending time together when Justin was still a minor had recently resurfaced, and some fans called it “disturbing.” The video showed them spending around 48 hours together.

However, people close to the situation said those moments were more about appearances and not something deeper. They also explained that Justin was actually closer to Diddy’s sons, not Diddy himself.

A representative for Justin released a statement to TMZ saying, “Although Justin is not among Sean Combs’ victims, there are individuals who were genuinely harmed by him. Shifting focus away from this reality detracts from the justice these victims rightfully deserve.”

After Diddy was arrested on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering—which he has denied—a source close to Bieber shared with TMZ how the singer reacted. They said, “Bieber is so disturbed by the Diddy news and is unwilling to process it or discuss it so he has shut off.”

The same source also added, “So many people who helped to make him who he is were very close to Diddy and it has completely thrown him. Justin hasn’t been responding on this since the home raids. He’s not going to.”
