FIRS Recruitment: Mgt Fixes Date For Physical Documentation (See How To Check)

Applicants who participated in the recruitment exercise of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) have begun receiving invitations for the next stage of the process — the physical documentation exercise.
According to a notification on the recruitment process that was sent out to selected candidates, the documentation will take place on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the FIRS Training School in Lagos, located at 2b Lateef Jakande Road, beside LTV 8, Agidingbi, Ikeja, and is scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.
Candidates are required to appear with originals and three photocopies of various documents. These include valid means of identification, an updated curriculum vitae, proof of educational qualifications (from First School Leaving Certificate up to postgraduate level), NYSC certificate or exemption, and relevant professional certifications.
In addition, applicants are expected to present:
A duly acknowledged letter of resignation (for those currently employed),
A birth certificate strictly from the National Population Commission,
An indigene certificate,
A certificate of medical fitness issued not earlier than April 30, 2025, by a government hospital,
Pension registration certificate,
NHF registration evidence with NHF enrollment number (with detailed steps for first-time registrants),
Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) from the Joint Tax Board,
Four recent passport photographs.
The FIRS emphasized that all required documents must be presented in full for a successful documentation process. Candidates are also advised to adhere strictly to their assigned date and time.
This update has generated excitement among applicants, many of whom have been eagerly awaiting the next phase of the recruitment process.
