Al Hilal have submitted an improved €70M+ offer for Victor Osimhen, intensifying talks with Napoli amid Galatasaray’s recent push.

Saudi Pro League powerhouse Al Hilal has escalated its efforts to sign Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, presenting an improved proposal to both Napoli and the player. Renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported via his X handle:

“🚨🇸🇦 Al Hilal have now improved their proposal to Victor Osimhen and Napoli to try reach an agreement soon.

Galatasaray have been pushing in the last 24h but Al Hilal keep insisting with improved proposal, over €70m to Napoli and higher salary to Osimhen.”

Osimhen, who spent the 2024/25 season on loan at Galatasaray, delivered an exceptional performance, netting 35 goals in 39 matches and leading the club to a domestic double. Despite Galatasaray’s interest in retaining him permanently, financial constraints hinder their ability to meet Napoli’s €75 million valuation

Napoli, holding Osimhen’s contract until 2026 with an option to extend to 2027, is reportedly open to transferring the striker, provided their valuation is met. Al Hilal’s latest offer, exceeding €70 million, positions them as strong contenders in the race for Osimhen’s signature.

The Saudi club’s pursuit of Osimhen follows their unsuccessful attempt to sign Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes, who declined a lucrative offer to remain in Europe. With Fernandes out of reach, Al Hilal has redirected its focus and resources toward securing Osimhen.

Osimhen’s future remains uncertain, with interest from multiple clubs, including Premier League sides Manchester United and Chelsea. However, Al Hilal’s financial prowess and determination could prove decisive in clinching the deal, especially given their history of bold, high-profile signings.

As negotiations progress, the football world watches closely to see where one of Africa’s most prolific strikers will ply his trade in the upcoming season.
