Portable Slams Peller In New Video

Street-hop sensation Portable has fired back at TikTok influencer Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, in a now-viral video where he dismissed claims that he turned his back on those who helped him during his early days.

In the video, Portable didn’t mince words, shading Peller over his public obsession with TikTok streamer Jarvis, while insisting that they are not on the same level.

“You wey dey use your career dey follow woman. You dey run dey follow Jarvis. Jarvis wey you dey follow dey follow another man,” Portable said in a mocking tone. “Make I come your livestream ke? Do you have N100 million?”

This response comes after Peller called out Portable during a recent Instagram Live session with Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface. In the middle of what appeared to be a light-hearted conversation, Peller unexpectedly dragged Portable into the mix, prompting a surprised and slightly nervous reaction from Boniface who urged him not to “talk about him.”

Peller, however, stood his ground. He asked Boniface to move aside so he could speak his mind freely before launching into claims that he was one of Portable’s earliest supporters. According to him, he helped push Portable’s music at a time when the singer was struggling to get visibility, even claiming responsibility for Portable’s first million streams on Spotify.

Despite this, Peller said, Portable cut him off and blocked him once he rose to fame a move he described as ungrateful.

The back-and-forth between the two has stirred up reactions online, with fans divided over who to support. While some say Portable has every right to distance himself from people after blowing up, others believe he owes gratitude to those who supported him when he was still finding his feet in the music industry.
