Otuaro Kuku Mother Death

The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the former Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and ex-Chairman of the PAP, Dr. Kingsley Kuku, following the death of his mother, Ma Keketobou Jane Kuku.

In a statement signed by Mr. Igoniko Oduma, Special Assistant on Media to the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, on Friday, October 24, 2025, Dr. Otuaro said he received news of Madam Kuku’s passing with deep shock and sadness.

The late Madam Kuku passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the age of 90.

Dr. Otuaro described her as “a woman of virtue who lived a remarkable life anchored on faith, hard work, love, discipline, and sacrifice.”

He said it was not surprising that her strong moral values and godly principles were reflected in the lives of her children, particularly Dr. Kingsley Kuku, “who has consistently demonstrated firmness, integrity, and dedication to the cause of humanity in public service.”

The PAP Administrator also noted that Madam Kuku was deeply committed to her Christian faith and the progress of her Arogbo Ijaw community in Ese Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State.

While consoling Dr. Kuku, his siblings, and the extended family, Dr. Otuaro urged them to take solace in the fulfilled and impactful life their mother lived, adding that her legacy of service and compassion would continue to inspire many.

He prayed for the peaceful repose of Madam Kuku’s soul and asked God to grant her family the strength to bear the loss.
