Stepmother Allegedly Poisons 20-Year-Old Girl After Gaining Nursing School Admission (Video)

Shock and outrage have gripped residents of Edo State following reports that a 20-year-old woman, identified as Sarah Aghahowa, was allegedly poisoned by her stepmother shortly after gaining admission to study Nursing at the University of Delta (UNIDEL), Agbor.
The heartbreaking incident on the unfortunate death of Sarah Aghahowa reportedly occurred on Thursday in Jemilla community, near Ramat Park along the Benin–Agbor Road in Benin City.
In a video circulating on social media, angry residents can be seen confronting the alleged suspect, demanding justice for Sarah, who was said to have been full of excitement about her university admission before tragedy struck.

Unconfirmed reports suggest that this is not the first time the family has faced such misfortune, as Sarah’s late mother was allegedly subjected to similar ill-treatment in the past.
As of the time of filing this report, the Edo State Police Command has not issued an official statement on the incident, and the authenticity of the allegations is yet to be independently verified.
