Regina Daniels’ brother, Sammy Ojeofor, has got social media talking after he posted what appeared to be a police invitation sent to him through his Instagram direct message.

Taking to his Instagram story, Sammy shared a screenshot of the message and questioned its authenticity in a rather sarcastic tone.

He wrote:

“Is this how police invites? Is that charge for me? Firstly, no be my name be that? Secondly, I asked this mofo when she called, who is the complainant! Werey say I don’t need to know?”

The alleged message, supposedly from a Detective Oluseyi of the Nigeria Police Force, Area Command Metro, Maitama, Abuja, claimed that Sammy’s name had come up in an ongoing investigation involving criminal conspiracy, trespass, assault, criminal intimidation, theft, and cyberbullying.

It read in part:

“Greetings to you Mr. Sammy Ojeofor, my name is Detective Oluseyi attached to NPF Area Command Metro, No 30 Nile Street, Maitama Abuja. We spoke on your direct line on Friday, 24th of October 2025. Just to remind you of the invitation, we are investigating a case of criminal conspiracy, trespass, assault, criminal intimidation, theft and cyber bullying assault, which your name featured prominently… You are invited to come to the office today being Monday, 27th October 2025 by 3pm for fact-finding purposes.”

Sammy’s post immediately stirred curiosity online, with fans debating whether the supposed police invitation was real or just another case of online impersonation.

While some commenters urged him to take the message seriously and confirm its source, others found humor in the situation, suggesting the message looked like a poorly written scam.

The timing of the post has also fueled speculation, as it comes amid ongoing marital tensions between Sammy’s sister, Regina Daniels, and her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko.

As of the time of this report, neither Sammy nor the police have issued any further clarification about the alleged invitation.
