Shame And Shock! Ladies Hide Faces As Video Of Raid On Pretty Mike’s Alleged Drug Party Trends
A viral video has emerged showing dramatic scenes from the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) raid on a Lagos nightclub where socialite Mike Eze-Nwalie Nwogu, popularly known as Pretty Mike, and more than 100 guests were arrested for allegedly participating in a drug-involved party.
The operation, which took place at Proxy Nightclub on Akin Adesola Street, Victoria Island, in the early hours of Sunday, 26 October 2025, has set social media abuzz after clips of the arrest surfaced online.
In the video, several young women can be seen covering their faces with their palms, bags, or hair, refusing to look at the camera as NDLEA operatives moved through the nightclub hall owned by Pretty Mike. Many of them appeared shaken as they sat on the floor surrounded by officers, while others turned away in silence to avoid being filmed.
Eyewitnesses said the raid came after intelligence reports that the night’s event was a “drug rave” featuring substances such as “loud” cannabis and nitrous oxide (laughing gas).
Although Pretty Mike — owner of the nightclub and known for his flamboyant lifestyle — was identified among those detained, the NDLEA has yet to release an official statement on the arrests or possible charges.
The incident has sparked debate online, with many commenters contrasting the glitz of Lagos nightlife with the growing scrutiny of celebrity-linked parties.
GWG.ng reports that the video of the drug bust by the NDLEA adds to the controversies that have trailed the public outings of Pretty Mike known for his weird outings in the Lagos social circuit.
