Govt Intervenes As Well-Dressed Woman Files Complaint Against The Sun At Lagos Police Station (Photo)

Tongues are wagging on social media after a well-dressed woman, believed to be mentally unstable, reportedly walked into the Panti Police Station in Lagos to file a complaint against the sun.
According to reports, the unidentified woman had taken an Uber ride all the way from Lekki to the police station, where she allegedly demanded to report the sun for “disturbing her peace.” Her unusual behavior caught the attention of officers and passersby, creating curiosity and concern.
Shortly after the incident, officials from the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development were said to have intervened, rescuing the woman and taking her to one of the state-owned rehabilitation centers for proper medical attention and psychological evaluation.
Confirming the development, Lagos State Commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Mobolaji Abubakar, commended the ministry’s swift action in handling the situation.
In a post shared online, Abubakar urged members of the public to promptly report similar incidents involving individuals whose actions could endanger their lives or others.
“The well-dressed woman reportedly attempted to file a complaint against the sun. She has since been rescued and taken to one of the Lagos State-owned rehabilitation centers, where she is receiving the necessary medical and psychological care,” Abubakar said.
The incident has since generated mixed reactions online, with many Nigerians expressing both concern and sympathy for the woman’s condition.
