Ahmed Musa Speaks On Super Eagles Exit From 2021 AFCON
Captain of the Super Eagles, Ahmed Musa has broken his silence following the exit of the Super Eagles from the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
Ahmed Musa took to Instagram to post a message, saying despite giving their all it wasn’t enough. The Fatih Karamguruk forward promised the Super Eagles will do better.
“In life, things wouldn’t always go the way we want them to and that’s something we have to accept however hard it is. We gave our 100% and unfortunately that wasn’t good enough to take us through.
“We won’t give up, we will do better next time. Thanks for all your support and prayers. You make it all worthwhile.????
In reaction to his tweet, some users were understanding and accepted the apology, while some were brash in their response.
