In a video that may undermine the increasing relocation of supporters of Peter Obi from twitter to their polling booths, a clip has emerged of the moment when a canvasser for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP was hounded away from the Garki, Abuja office of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC by the OBIdient Nigerians.

The man who came with a flag of the PDP was seen apparently trying to show the visibility of the PDP in the area maybe following the good showing of the party in the recent Area Council elections in which the PDP split the spoils with the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

The yet to be identified PDP operative who came with a bell apparently to call out potential voters for the registration exercise was, however, heckled by the throng of potential voters.

They responded to him by chorusing Obi! Obi!! Obi!!! forcing the man to make an ignominious departure from the INEC office.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that the incident at the Abuja INEC office underlines what many are beginning to see the relocation of supporters of the Labour Party presidential candidate from Twitter to the polling centres.

Nigerian supporters of Obi had in the past been accused by their critics led by Reno Omokri of tormenting his antagonists on twitter taunting them that they do not have voter’s cards but the action of the OBIdient supporters of the Labour Party presidential candidate against the PDP canvasser would indicate a change on their part.
