GreenWhiteGreen GWG recalls that the minority leader and some other senators of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP had walked out on Senate President Ahmad Lawan chanting “All we are saying, Buhari must go, Nigeria must survive, Ahmad Lawan should follow.”

Their action came after Lawan denied the Minority Leader, Senator Philip Aduda, the chance to lead the motion on the impeachment of President Muhammadu Buhari over the level of insecurity in the country.

Reacting to this, a large section of Nigerians insisted that the senators were sentimental because the insecurity has gotten close to them.

@flexdada: Those Senators aren’t sincere, they only sang #BuhariMustGo cos terrorism is hitting too close to home, they knew they’re no longer secured and invincible in FCT due to banditry.

@chief_agbabiaka: All these Senators don’t mean well for Nigeria..why are they just speaking up about the insecurity issue is it because bandits are getting close them or bcos election is near?. Abuja is no longer safe they are shouting #BuhariMustGo. They all should go with Buhari too.

@mxudmind: The whole Nigeria ?? saga is now hitting them directly at the hot seat they think it’s only the poor masses that will be suffering una never see anything.. let the country just collapse like Sri Lanka ??.. useless govt with no direction and vision

@okenwasmart: Opposition party members of @NGRSenate staged a protest for the resignation of the president, after 7years of letting Nigerians suffer ,The reason for this protest is because the insecurity in the country is knocking on their doors,Now they act like they are working #BuhariMustGo
