Bobrisky Under Attack Over Choice Of Presidential Candidate

Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okuneye better known as Bobrisky has declared support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He wrote “GOODLUCK tommorrow my own president, Tinubu Nobody should come for me for picking my own candidate. Feel free to pick yours. Let’s act mature”.

Bobrisky’s endorsement of the former Lagos State governor, did not sit well with some Nigerians who accused him of hypocrisy.

Many Nigerians took to social media to express their dissatisfaction with Bobrisky’s support for Tinubu, with some calling for his cancellation and boycotting of his businesses.

Some social media users pointed out that Bobrisky, who is known for his flamboyant lifestyle, was endorsing Tinubu, who has been accused of corruption and mismanagement during his time as governor of Lagos State.

However, some Nigerians also came to Bobrisky’s defense, stating that he was entitled to his opinion and choice of candidate, and that everyone should be allowed to support the candidate of their choice without fear of backlash.

GWG.ng reports that the endorsement of Tinubu by Bobrisky as his choice of presidential candidate is coming at a time many in the entertainment industry have taken to siding with either of Tinubu or Peter Obi.

Many of those siding Tinubu claim that he acted for the well being of the industry while he was governor.
