How Nigerian Journalist Died Inside National Assembly

Tribune Newspaper National Assembly correspondent, Tijani Adeyemi, on Wednesday, reportedly died in one of the National Assembly shuttle buses.

Adeyemi, according to one of his colleagues, boarded one of the shuttles from the main gate, known as Mopol Gate around, at 10 am and by the time he got to the checkpoint, he was discovered to be unconscious.

Adeyemi who was rushed to the National Assembly clinic where he was confirmed dead.

He was laid to rest at the Gudu Cemetery in line with Islamic rites.
