Nollywood actor and aspiring pastor, Yul Edochie, has taken to Instagram to share a harrowing experience in 2019 when he survived a fatal car accident that he claimed ushered him into a second life. In a reflective post, Edochie revealed that he actually died in the accident but was given a second chance by God.

According to him, God conveyed that his first life was self-centered, and now, in his second life, he is meant to live for God, His word, contribute to His glory, and serve humanity.

“In 2019 I died in a car accident. But God gave me a 2nd life. Not a 2nd chance but a 2nd life. God told me that my first life was for myself and it was gone. But the 2nd life He gave me, I would live for God, for His word, His glory, and live for humanity. I’ll break it down later. Lad!es and Gentlemen, have yourselves a beautiful day”.

GWG.ng reports that Yul Edochie shocked many, months back when he not only declared his love for God but also announced his calling into Ministry.

Edochie disclosed that he has a strong calling into Ministry, to serve God, claiming that he was called a long time ago into ministry, but he felt the time wasn’t right. Now he is ready to accept the calling.

His new calling didn’t sit well with many, especially with his ‘adulterous’ lifestyle.

Reacting to the criticisms, Yul stated that no one can understand why God chose him, bragging that he isn’t the regular Minister of God. According to him, he was chosen by God to tell his people the truth and that truth is LOVE.
