South Africa To Face Nigeria In AFCON Semifinal After Beating Cape Verde
South Africa beat Cape Verde on penalties to reach the AFCON semi-finals where the team is expected to meet Nigeria.
Goalkeeper Williams saved four of five penalties in the shootout that followed after the sides played goalless even after thirty minutes that followed the regulatory 90 minutes.

Ronwen Williams who was undoubtedly the man of the match became the first goalkeeper from South Africa to keep four successive clean sheets. He accepted the award on behalf of the team saying it was a collective effort.
