Woman Narrates Carrying Pregnancy For 24 Years
A woman, whose name remains unknown has shared her incredible story on the radio program “Asiri Nla,” hosted by Sekoni Igboho on Agidigbo FM in Ibadan recounting carrying a pregnancy for a mind-boggling 24 years.
Her late husband, a driver who worked in Ajah, Lagos State, passed away seven years ago. Despite this, her baffling condition persisted.
Seeking answers, the woman visited numerous hospitals but received conflicting diagnoses. Some scans showed nothing in her womb, while others claimed to see a baby without a head.
Despite already having two children with her late husband, subsequent pregnancies were marked by complications resembling miscarriages, followed by miraculous survival after four months.
She also revealed that another of her husband’s wives endured a similar ordeal for two years before leaving him, but it’s unclear if she found a solution.
Desperation led her to explore various avenues, including costly procedures, one of which resulted in a disastrous thunder strike that destroyed a property she visited in search of help.
Despite her struggles, she turned to local herbal remedies, but they provided no relief for her swollen stomach.
Her bravery in sharing her pregnancy story on Asiri Nla highlights the importance of compassionate support and effective medical interventions for those facing extraordinary challenges.
