Radical preacher, Dr. Abel Damina, has stirred controversy once again with his sharp criticisms of fellow pastors and their involvement in politics.

During an appearance on the show Honest Bunch with Nedu, Damina, known for his unorthodox views, took aim at pastors who publicly support politicians or align themselves with political parties. According to him, men of God should remain non-partisan and not entangle themselves with political affiliations.

Damina did not stop at politics; he also criticized some common practices within the Christian community. He questioned the authenticity of certain pastors, particularly those who stage fake miracles, and called for greater integrity in ministry.

When the conversation turned to the topic of heaven, Damina shared his controversial belief that there is no special heaven waiting for believers after death. According to him, heaven begins on earth for those who have accepted Christ. He dismissed the traditional Christian belief in a separate, post-death paradise, stating that the idea of another world where people go after they die is not true.

GWG.ng reports that Damina’s remarks follow his recent public disagreement with Pastor Jerry Eze of Streams of Joy International over Eze’s popular slogan, “What God Cannot Do Doesn’t Exist.” Damina argued that the slogan is “not the truth,” further cementing his position as a pastor unafraid to challenge mainstream Christian teachings.

Pastor Abel Damina is the founder of Power City International Ministry, and his views have often sparked debate both within and outside the Christian community with some hailing his candor and others criticizing his approach.
