Nigerian singer Dammy Krane has publicly apologized to Davido following his release from police custody.

In a heartfelt video shared on Instagram by social media influencer Verydarkman (VDM), Dammy Krane expressed regret for the defamation allegations he made against Davido.

The apology came after Dammy Krane was detained for six days due to accusations he leveled against Davido. He had previously claimed on his X account that his arrest was orchestrated by Davido, but he has now retracted those claims.

In the video, Dammy Krane stated, “I want to say a big thank you to my brother. There are a lot of words that ought not to be said. I want to apologize for Tagbo’s death allegation. David is still my brother, and we are going to find a major ground to resolve everything.”

VDM, who posted the video, wrote in the caption, “Dammykrane is out. Dear @davido, as you have honoured me by listening to my plea in less than 4 hours, God will honour you. I believe God is giving him a second chance and hope he focuses on his music moving forward.”

The release of Dammy Krane, who had been detained over these allegations, highlights the resolution of this conflict and his intention to mend relations with Davido.
