BBNaija Star Passes Away After Brief Illness

In a sad development, a Big Brother Naija (BBN) star, Francisca Owumi, has reportedly passed away after a brief illness. 

The family announced her passing on August 29, 2024, in an Instagram post.

The post reads, “A daughter and sister. Make her soul rest in peace, Amen”

Late Francisca was the first runner-up on the inaugural Big Brother Nigeria (BBN) reality television show in 2006.

The deceased was known for her fierce dance steps.

Francisca was in the house with the likes of Katung Aduwak who won the show, Ebuka Obi Uchendu, Gideon Okeke, Maureen Osuji, Ify Ejikeme, late Joseph Ada and others.

Many have since taken to diverse social media platforms to mourn the late star.
