An Alfa has been arrested in Apete, Ibadan, for allegedly dealing in human body parts.

A video circulating on social media shows the suspect being apprehended by local residents, who claim he is connected to the recent murder of two young girls in the area.

This marks the third arrest of an Alfa involved in human parts trading in Ibadan this year, raising concerns about the increasing frequency of such gruesome activities in the Oyo State capital.

Locals who captured the incident on video alleged that the Alfa had been under suspicion for some time, following a series of mysterious disappearances in the community. His arrest has fueled fears and anger among residents, many of whom are demanding swift justice for the victims.

The disturbing trend of religious figures being involved in ritual killings has alarmed the community. This latest arrest comes after two similar incidents earlier in the year, where other Alfas were caught engaging in the sale of human body parts for ritual purposes.
