Prince Ken Ogbe, a leader and disciple of Pastor Lazarus Muoka, founder of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement, has issued a stern warning to social media users and content creators who have been making light of the viral testimonies shared by members of the church.

In a video currently circulating online, Prince Ogbe expressed his displeasure at the growing trend of mocking testimonies shared by Chosen members, calling it disrespectful of spiritual grace and unacceptable of the Pastor Muoka led denominaiton.

GWG.ng reports that the Lord’s Chosen has been at the center of controversy this past week, following the viral spread of several church testimonies that many online found unbelievable. The testimonies, which some users have questioned or ridiculed, quickly became fodder for internet humor, with content creators and social media personalities turning the testimonies into jokes, memes, and parodies.

GWG.ng reports that the leader of the congregation, Pastor Lazarus Muoka shares first name with the man first raised from the dead by Jesus Christ, a development that similarly shook the Jewish world at that time about 2,000 years ago.

Addressing the issue, the church leader made it clear that mocking the spiritual experiences of others is not only inappropriate but could invite divine consequences. He warned those engaging in the act to desist immediately, stating that such behavior could provoke the wrath of God.

“It is very bad, wrong, and uncalled for,” Ogbe said, emphasizing that testimonies shared by Chosen Church members should be treated with respect. The founder reminded those poking fun at the church that the testimonies reflect real-life spiritual encounters, and making a joke of them could have serious repercussions.
