Nigerian man, popularly known as Dr. H2O, who gained viral fame for his creative advertisement of Aquafina table water, has opened up about his devastating business loss after receiving a ₦8m setup from Aquafina.

In an interview circulating online, Dr. H2O revealed that his once-promising water business set up for him by Aquafinaa has completely crumbled, leaving him with nothing.

In the emotional interview, Dr. H2O disclosed that while the business was initially legitimate, things quickly spiraled out of control. The setup, which included a generator and freezer, amounted to over ₦8 million, but the business mysteriously failed despite all efforts.

Dr. H2O claimed that the root of the problem was spiritual, as he could not account for the money made from the shop. He explained that he faced several unusual challenges, including a severe leg injury that caused his leg to swell shortly after launching the business. Though the injury eventually healed after medical treatment and prayers, the attack was one of many he faced during his brief time running the shop.

The most shocking part of his ordeal came when he revealed that his shop, once fully stocked, now stands empty, and he has no explanation for how ₦8 million worth of products disappeared. “I can’t explain it,” he admitted. “Many people have asked me how this happened, but I remain shocked myself.”

Dr. H2O recounted a terrifying incident where a gun was pointed at him, yet no money was stolen, further fueling his belief that the issue was spiritual.

During the interview, Dr. H2O also mentioned that while he had invested in some assets, such as land worth over ₦1 million, he could not account for any of the business’s daily earnings. When asked if he suspected theft, he firmly denied it, attributing the losses solely to spiritual interference.

Despite informing Aquafina about his plight, he revealed that he had yet to receive a response from the company. Deeply regretful, Dr. H2O pleaded for a second chance to prove himself, adding that he had employed both his sister and a villager to assist with running the shop.

He expressed immense shame over the failure, admitting that he hasn’t worked since and is now seeking paid employment to survive. The thought of his business failure, he said, often leaves him without an appetite and filled with regret.
