2024 BET Hip Hop Awards: Full List Of Winners

The 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards, hosted by Fat Joe, took place at Drai’s Beachclub & Nightclub in Las Vegas on October 8 and aired to the public on October 15.

The event celebrated the top talent in hip-hop, showcasing performances and honoring artistes who made significant contributions to the genre over the past year.

Kendrick Lamar emerged as the top winner of the evening, collecting eight awards, including “Hip Hop Artist of the Year,” “Lyricist of the Year,” and “Song of the Year” for his hit single “Not Like Us.” His achievements reinforced his position as one of the most influential figures in modern hip-hop.

Nicki Minaj won the “Hip-Hop Album of the Year” award for Pink Friday 2, while newcomer Sexyy Red was named “Best Breakthrough Hip-Hop Artist,” highlighting her rise in the industry.

Metro Boomin, Future, and Kendrick Lamar received the award for “Best Collaboration” for their song “Like That.” Meanwhile, Missy Elliott was celebrated for her dynamic performances, taking home the title of “Best Live Performer.” The Alchemist was honored in two key categories: “Producer of the Year” and “DJ of the Year.”

Additional highlights of the evening included 50 Cent winning “Hustler of the Year” for his work both in and beyond the music industry, and Club Shay Shay being recognized as “Best Hip-Hop Platform.”

The event featured high-energy performances from artists like 2 Chainz, GloRilla, Juicy J, and Trina, contributing to a vibrant celebration of hip-hop’s continuing cultural impact.
