Lady Killed By Abuja Yahoo Musician Was Kidnapped, Not His Girlfriend – Friend

A friend of Salome Eleojo Adaidu, the lady tragically murdered by the alleged Yahoo gospel singer Timileyin Ajayi, has refuted claims that the deceased was romantically involved with the suspect.

The friend, identified as Abby, dismissed the dating narrative in a heartfelt social media post, clarifying that Salome was abducted and gruesomely killed by Ajayi.

“She is my friend’s younger sister, and she’s not his girlfriend. He abducted her and killed her in the most gruesome way possible. I’m presently at their house, and it’s nothing any family should experience. She’s not a spoilt child; she keeps to herself and hardly steps out unless necessary. I have a lot to say, but strength eludes me,” Abby wrote.

Another acquaintance, Alli Stephen, shared further details, revealing that Salome left her home in Abuja on Sunday, January 12, 2025, intending to visit a friend in Karu, Nasarawa State. Tragically, she boarded the wrong tricycle, a decision that led to her untimely death.

The police confirmed that Timileyin Ajayi remains in custody as investigations continue.
