Bank CEO Takes Leave Of Absence After He Was Caught Assaulting His Wife In Viral Video
A man identified as Ronald Mutandagay, who is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Zimbabwe Bank (ZB) Financial Holdings Group, has taken a leave of absence after a video of him assaulting his wife went viral on social media.
In the clip which was reportedly recorded by his 16-year-old daughter, Mutandagayi can be seen chasing his estranged wife and striking her in the face. The blow that was landed brought Mutandagayi’s wife falls to the ground.
The video incited widespread outrage and the board of the financial services group is currently considering the “appropriate action” to take against its GCEO following the disturbing footage.
