Dollar Video Clips: Kano Assembly Summons Ganduje

Governor Abdullahi Ganduje has been summoned to appear before the seven man committee established by the Kano State House of Assembly to probe the  video clips in which the governor was seen at several times receiving stashes of dollar notes from contractors.

The first set of video clips were put online by the Daily Nigerian. Following that the State House of Assembly established the committee to probe the incident.

As the committee commenced hearing, another video this time of the governor wearing another set of clothes was also seen also receiving dollars from another set of persons.

gwgng.com learnt that the letter from the committee to the governor was dated October 31, 2018 and it is expected that the governor would appear to shed light on what has become the most scandalous issue to have hit a governor of the state in recent times.

Publisher of the Daily Nigerian, who appeared before the committee on October 25 affirmed that the videos first streamed by his newspaper were genuine and not doctored as the Kano State government had alleged.
