A Tinubu, Lagos magistrate court has adjourned to November 12, hearing in the trial of a 29 year old fake travel agent, Chinenye Ojimmadu, who was on Tuesday arraigned for visa fraud and theft of N265,000.

Ojimmadu who resides at No. 5, Ogini St., Ajah Lagos, was accused of collecting N265,000 from Ndubis Odah with the claim that he could help him get a Kuwait visa.

However, about two months after collecting the money, Odah alleged that Ojimamadu stopped picking his phone calls.

The police thus arraigned Ojimmmadu on a two count charge of fraud and theft. He pleaded not guilty to the two charges.

The magistrate while admitting him to bail in the sum of N50,000 ruled that one of the two sureties must be a relative of the accused while the other should be a community leader.
