Keyamo To Atiku: This Is Beneath You

Mr. Festus Keyamo, SAN, director of communications in the 2019 Muhammadu Buhari Campaign has followed the president in attacking Atiku Abubakar on his stance on the Supreme Court judgment that gave the governorship of Osun State to Governor Gboyega Oyetola.
Atiku had in his reaction expressed concern that the Supreme Court jurists did not look at the justice in the case of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP but relied on the claim that a member of the lower tribunal, was absent in a sitting to give the governorship to Oyetola
He had followed up on asking the justices to reflect the pulse of the nation in their judgments.
The presidency had earlier debunked Atiku’s submission as a subtle blackmail.
Keyamo, reacting on twitter said:
“Your Exellency, with great respect, this comment is beneath you.
“The S/Court administers justice based on law and not on the ‘pulse of the nation’.
“This is a veiled attempt to blackmail the S/Court. The Supreme Court will always do justice ‘even if the heavens fall’. Remember Zamfara?”
