Wadume Speaks: How Soldiers Killed Police And Set Me Free

Alleged kidnap kingpin Alhaji Hamisu Bala, poularly known as Wadume has laid bare how soldiers in Taraba State conspired to kill the policemen who arrested him on August 6.

The kidnap kingpin who was rearrested by the police on Monday night speaking on Tuesday also disclosed that the soldiers after effecting his release took him to their headquarters where they cut off the handcuffs the police had used to hold him.

His narration in Hausa was captured on twitter on the official Nigerian Police twitter handle.

In the video, Wadume said that after the soldiers overcame the policemen he was taken to the army headquarters where the handcuff on him was removed.

“Police came to arrest me, When they arrested me, army chased after them and opened fire.

“From there, they took me to their headquarters, and cut up my handcuffs.

“I went back to my house and Police came to re-arrest me…”, Wadume who is reported to be a kidnap kingpin alleged.
