Aransiola, whose address was not provided, is facing a two-count charge of stealing and breach of peace, to which he pleaded not guilty.

The Prosecutor, ASP. Clement Okuoimose, told the court that the defendant committed the offences on Jan. 21 at noon at Agemowo Bus Stop area of Lagos-Badagry Expressway.

The Magistrate, Mr Segun Aka-Bashorun, granted the defendant bail of N100, 000 with two sureties in like sum.
