First Bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Adesola Adeduntan, has taken his pride of place in the global roll of leading management experts after he was deservedly honoured with the coveted and renowned Cranfield School of Management Distinguished Alumnus of the Year Award 2020.

The honour is reserved for distinguished alumni of one of the world’s leading management schools.

The award was fittingly recognized by President Muhammadu Buhari who in a letter congratulated Dr. Adeduntan on the feat that was undeniably underpinned with the recipient’s stewardship of one of the country’s leading financial institutions.

For Cranfield, it was a delight for the institution’s chief executive and vice-chancellor, Professor Sir Peter Gregson, to personally present the award to Dr. Adeduntan at The Royal Society, London.

Not surprisingly, Dr. Adeduntan was escorted to the award ceremony by a strong delegation led by an elated wife, Mrs. Adenike Adeduntan who unarguably provided the emotional stability at home for him to soar in the working place.

Also present was a strong delegation of co-workers including Mrs. Folake Ani-Mumuney, Group Head, Marketing & Corporate Communications, FirstBank and Mr. Samuel Aiyere, CEO, FBN Bank UK, amongst others.
