Lockdown: Buhari Not Talking Today – Adesina

Contrary to reports in some traditional and social media, President Muhammadu Buhari will not be addressing Nigerians, today on the latest developments on COVID-19 partial lockdown, the presidency has declared.

President Buhari has addressed the nation on at least three different occasions at the closure of the lockdowns.

Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President, Femi Adesina, made this known, on Monday afternoon via Twitter.

Adesina noted that Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 led by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha would brief the nation on the next steps of action, during the media briefings.
