5G And COVID-19: Why Ashimolowo Hit Oyakhilome

Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo of Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) has described claims by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of Believers Loveword of a spiritual relationship between 5G, Coronavirus and the Antichrist as fake and untrue.

Pastor Ashimolowo said he was  disappointed at the teaching of Pastor Oyakhilome, saying there was no  spiritual connection as imputed by Pastor Chris as he urged Christians to  stay away from such claims.

The Cleric insisted that the challenges currently  faced by the world were not the handiwork of the Antichrist but a pandemic which Jesus spoke of in Matthew 24:8.

Pastor Ashimolowo who, however, admitted that he was  not a scientist said that he was sure that Pastor Oyakhilome’s teaching was a conspiracy theory, explaining  how the church had  thought Napoleon, Benito Mussolini, Hitler and many others were the Antichrist.

“If coronavirus is caused by 5G, why is it in his village that does not have a 5G?

“I am disappointed at the teaching of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and I ask why there are cases of people with coronavirus infection in Chris Oyakhilome’s village where there is no 5G network coverage.”

He therefore called on the general public to observe all the coronavirus protocols and stay safe.
