Biden Wishes Trump Well, Mum On Isolating

Democratic Party presidential candidate Joe Biden has wished President Donald Trump and his wife, Melania, swift recovery from coronavirus. The presidential candidate who came within feet of the president during their recent rancorous debate was, however, mute on calls on him to go into quarantine or to take a test.

Trump, on Friday, disclosed that himself and his wife, Melania have tested positive for coronavirus.

The president tweeted:  “Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!”

Reacting, Biden said himself and his wife, Jill, would be praying for the president and his wife.

Biden tweeted, “Jill and I send our thoughts to President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump for a swift recovery. We will continue to pray for the health and safety of the president and his family.”

Recall that Trump mocked Biden, during the first presidential debate, for always wearing facemask.
