Reactions Trail Omotola’s Denial Of Oshiomhole

The news that veteran Nigerian actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde was engaged in an affair with the respectably married former governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole is still rocking social media. Omotola has denied the affair. However, reactions are trailing Omotola’s denial of Oshiomhole.

Trouble started when a blogging platform, Gist lover posted a photo of the actress and Oshiomole with a funny caption.

Like Oshiomhole, Omotola is respectably married.

It wrote: “Today is sabbath day so we go keep am holy, we go just dey post pictures, maybe tomorrow when no be Holy day, we go give details, abi how una see am? i come in peace.”

Reacting, the actress took to her social media account to debunk the claim as she enjoined her fans to report and boycott the blog.

She wrote: “I ordinarily don’t do this but after thinking about it thoroughly and seeking advice I have decided to! So. this Blog ran this story and people started coming to my page. I’ve always known there are people who are sick and will tell you stories that have Never happened but to publish that on a platform as big as Instagram? You must be held accountable.

“I have demanded they FINISH and PROVE THIS STORY … problem is, this blog is hiding under anonymity! ( faceless blogging ) There are more credible blogs out there … follow blogs with accountability.

“Can everyone who loves me and what I have stood for all these years pls 1. Report this page 2.Report this page 3. Report this page And to those of you who are addicted to cheap gossip. If you’re not interested in damaging ppl unnecessarily then demand a proof of this Story! I’m giving this 24hrs! Thanks.”

However, many social media users not satisfied with her reaction, urged the blog to publish the whole story so that they can ascertain what went down while some are of the view that the blogging platform has no tangible story about the actress but just wanted to tarnish her image.

However, in a tweet, the blog had said that it will soon reveal the entire story. In the meantime, GWG gathered some of the reactions trailing Omotola’s denial of Oshiomhole.
